TechUp.AI provides mobile app development and AI automation. We also provide workflow automation and related software development to businesses and individuals worldwide.

Each paid project requires a separate written proposal or contract. It defines the work and deliverables. It also sets the timeline and price before work begins. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

Website Use

Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not break applicable laws or regulations. Do not send unsolicited marketing. Do not upload harmful code or try to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We may restrict or end website access for anyone who breaks these conditions.

Intellectual Property

Website content belongs to TechUp.AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes text and graphics as well as logos and images. It also includes website code.

You need our prior written permission to reproduce or distribute that content or create work based on it.

For client projects the individual agreement defines ownership. Unless the agreement says otherwise full ownership of deliverables transfers to the client after final payment is received.

Projects and Payments

Each project has a written agreement covering scope and deliverables along with timing and payment terms. A deposit is usually required before work begins. Final deliverables are released after full payment.

We may pause or end work if agreed payments are not made. Project disputes are handled under the relevant project agreement.

Confidentiality

We keep client information confidential. We do not share project details or business information with third parties without consent unless required by law. This also applies to materials you provide.

We can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before project discussions. Please ask if you need one.

Clients must also keep TechUp.AI's proprietary processes and pricing confidential. The same applies to technical information we share.

Disclaimers and Liability

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no express or implied warranties about the accuracy or availability of website content.

To the fullest extent allowed by law TechUp.AI is not liable for indirect damages arising from website or service use. This also applies to incidental and consequential damages.

Our total liability for a specific service cannot exceed the amount you paid for that service.

The website may link to third-party sites for reference. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control or accept responsibility for their content or practices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do. Continued website use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law
