TechUp built the backend, security and automation layer onto an existing front end — not the whole system from zero. Scope was the automation and infrastructure, not the user interface.

Legal operations experience, not general virtual assistance

The operations side of TechUp is run by people who have worked inside personal injury case operations, not a general VA pool. Sitara Anwar leads legal operations. Any figures from her individual Upwork profile belong to her work specifically and are never presented as TechUp.AI company statistics.
