The Problem
Inbound calls coming in after hours or during busy periods went to voicemail, and most callers didn't leave messages. Potential leads were slipping through with no way to recover them.
Our Solution
Techup.AI built an AI voice agent using a stack of best-in-class voice AI tools. The agent picks up every inbound call, introduces itself, answers common questions about the business, qualifies the caller based on configured criteria, books a meeting directly into the calendar if they're a fit, and sends a structured summary to the team after each call. This was built as part of our AI voice agent, with the call-handling logic orchestrated through n8n workflow automation.
