About the Project
Pink Elephants is a social app designed to take the friction out of planning events with friend groups. Coordinating gatherings usually means endless back-and-forth messages across different apps — Pink Elephants puts everything in one place.
The Problem
Friend groups planning events face a common challenge: deciding where to go, when to meet, and who's coming involves dozens of messages across WhatsApp, iMessage, and group chats. Plans fall apart because the process is disorganised.
Our Solution
Techup.AI built a Flutter-based mobile app for both iOS and Android that centralises the entire event-planning process. Users can create an event, invite their group, and let the app handle the rest — voting, confirmations, and reminders. This was delivered through our mobile app development, from first wireframe to store approval.

Technology Stack
The app was built with Flutter for cross-platform iOS and Android delivery, backed by Firebase Realtime Database for live collaboration. Push notifications via Cloud Messaging keep every group member in the loop, and Maps API integration powers the location and venue features.
Outcome
Pink Elephants launched on both the App Store and Google Play. The app handles real-time multi-user state cleanly, keeping the experience smooth even when multiple friends are editing an event simultaneously.
