The Problem
Customer records existed in multiple places with no single source of truth. Duplicates built up over time, outdated records cluttered the CRM, and syncing data between tools required manual exports and imports that nobody had time to do consistently.

Techup.AI built Clawdbot — an AI-powered automation that connects to all the client's data sources, runs continuously, and keeps records clean and synchronised without anyone having to trigger it manually. It was built on n8n workflow automation as part of our wider AI agent development.
